All purchases made on CreamX are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and dispatched.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched.
If you wish to request a cancellation immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to assist you before the order enters processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
